Responsible for

Monitoring the condition and performance of the garden as a whole
Project Coordinator
A Project Coordinator helps keep garden care organised behind the scenes, supporting communication, scheduling and the smooth coordination of work across the wider team.
Responsible for
Coordinating schedules, visits and internal planning across the wider team
Supporting communication between clients, consultants, specialists and on-site staff
Helping manage follow-up actions, updates and practical next steps
Garden Team Leader
A Garden Team Leader helps coordinate day to day garden care on site, maintaining standards, guiding the team and keeping work aligned with the needs of the garden.
Responsible for
Coordinating day to day garden work across the property
Supporting the team in delivering tasks to a high and consistent standard
Monitoring the condition and presentation of key garden areas
Gardening Team
The Gardening Team provides consistent day to day care across the garden, helping maintain its health, presentation and seasonal upkeep throughout the year.
Responsible for
Carrying out day to day gardening tasks across the property
Maintaining lawns, borders, hedges and planted areas with regular care
Supporting seasonal work such as weeding, cutting back, mulching and leaf clearance
Horticultural Specialist
A Horticultural Specialist provides deeper technical oversight across planting, soil condition and the long-term health of the garden.
Responsible for
Monitoring the health, vigour and seasonal performance of planting across the garden
Identifying emerging issues affecting shrubs, perennials, specimen plants and mixed borders
Advising on pruning, feeding, mulching and seasonal interventions to support long-term plant health
Plant Health Specialist
A Plant Health Specialist helps protect the health of the garden by identifying issues early, assessing risk and guiding appropriate responses across planting and key garden areas.
Responsible for
Monitoring the garden for signs of pests, disease and plant stress
Identifying symptoms affecting trees, shrubs, perennials, lawns and other planted areas
Assessing likely causes and advising on appropriate next steps
Arborists & Tree Surgeons
Arborists & Tree Surgeons bring specialist knowledge to the assessment, care and long-term management of trees across the garden and wider estate.
Responsible for
Assessing the condition, structure and stability of trees across the property
Identifying signs of decline, damage, disease or structural concern
Advising on pruning, crown management and remedial tree work
Lighting & Irrigation Specialist
A Lighting & Irrigation Specialist helps gardens function beautifully behind the scenes, supporting plant health, water efficiency and refined evening use.
Responsible for
Reviewing irrigation performance, coverage and seasonal water requirements across the garden
Identifying faults, inefficiencies or adjustments needed to support healthy planting and lawns
Assessing timers, controls and scheduling in line with seasonal conditions and garden use
Garden & Green Space Designer
A Garden & Green Space Designer shapes outdoor spaces that feel refined, well balanced and suited to the way a property is lived in.
Responsible for
Developing design ideas for gardens and green spaces in response to the property and brief
Considering layout, flow, planting, materials and visual balance across the wider space
Helping improve how the garden is used for arrival, privacy, relaxation and entertaining
